3. PRODUCTS AND PURCHASES
We offer various products for sale, including physical journals, books, and digital PDF downloads.
Accuracy: We endeavor to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, and details of our products. However, we do not guarantee that the product descriptions or colors will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors.
Payments: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us.
Physical Products (Returns): Physical journals may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and returned in their original condition/packaging (where possible). Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund to the original payment method.
Digital Products (No Refunds): Due to the nature of digital resources and PDF downloads, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
4. SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS AND WORKSHOPS
Inquiries for speaking engagements, panels, workshops, and podcasts are subject to availability and specific contractual agreements. Submission of an inquiry via the Site does not constitute a booking. Chiedza Innovations Ltd reserves the right to refuse service or engagement at its sole discretion.
